This past weekend Caleb got plenty of water time. Saturday our friends Sarah and Ken and their girls hosted the now annual Splash Party in their backyard. Caleb was so excited to go to his friend Teresa's house, he was constantly asking if "today is Teresa's?". 
Even though it was over 100 degrees, he didn't slow down. Though I think we were in the bathroom just as much as we were outside. Every 10 min Caleb would run to me to let me know he needed to "pee pee". And he did go every time, potty training is exhausting. 
It was 9 p.m. before I could drag him away. He fell asleep on the way home with the cool glow sticks Teresa gave him. Greg said when he was tucking him in, Caleb woke briefly whispering "get my glow sticks daddy." We slept in until after 8 the next morning, it was great. After church, we did some more packing and preparing for the move; well ok maybe Greg did the packing and preparing. But I kept Caleb occupied and provided moral support. Sunday night Greg cooked steaks out on the grill while Caleb enjoyed some more pool time on the deck. 
It was a nice relaxing evening.
