Yes, Jesus Loves Me...

Saturday Greg had to work most of the day, so Caleb and I headed to the Zoo. He was very excited, "I see the elephants, and the giraffe, and the hippos." We had a wonderful time checking up on all his animal friends and riding the train. But it did warm up to 80 degrees, and Caleb preferred to be held every few animals, so we were exhausted by the time we were done. Caleb fell asleep as soon as we got in the car, too bad I couldn't. Today we started off with church. Caleb has a crush on one of the little girls who helps watch the 2 yr olds. He turns red and ducks his head to the side looking extremely bashful, then very easily goes into class. She looks around 11-12y.o., and every time we come to pick him up, he's in her arms. At least we know he's getting plenty of attention and having a good time. Today on the way home, he was singing "Yes Jesus loves Me, for the Bible tells me so" over and over. I love it! The rest of the day was uneventful, just hanging out inside since it was cold again. Got to love Texas weather! At dinner tonight Caleb was acting up, so I said "son you need to calm down and eat". I was loudly informed "I AM NOT SUN! I AM CALEB!" Silly me tried to explain what "son" meant, but I was interrupted with "No, the Sun is in the sky mommy."
