I headed to Brady with the kids, while Greg went on an exotic hunting expedition with his boss and a client. Uncle Rhett took Caleb off for some boy fun, leaving Lexie with us at the shower. Unfortunately it was right during her nap time. She did pretty good for a while, socializing and checking out Maggie's gifts.
Eventually though she gave in to her fatigue. I tried getting her comfy on some blankets in a corner, but she preferred the middle of the room to lay down and rest. 
What can I say, she already likes to be the center of attention. 
Over all it was a successful shower, lots of wonderful gifts from everyone.
Maggie is set for the next year at least. We headed back to Gigi's to recover then later went out for a pony ride.
